I am into my second year of SYN and loving the journey! I had followed ARC Gymnastics on Instagram for a long time, but it was after attending the Seminar in Melbourne that really got me to commit and the results have been coming in ever since. Consistency is king!
This is a daily supplemental programme for athletes who are looking to give their Gymnastics abilities a boost.
This programme is ideal to follow before or after classes at your gym, or as an addition to an existing programme that you are following.
Each day, there is a particular focus, e.g. Bar Muscle-Up, Pull-Ups, or Handstand.
There are 3 levels of difficulty for each session, meaning this programme can be enjoyed by individuals of various abilities.
To get the most out of this programme, we recommend having at least 3 Strict Pull-Ups already.
This would place you at our beginner level.
If you are a complete beginner looking to ease into training and "start from scratch" we recommend doing our Beginners Comprehensive Programme before subscribing to this Supplement.
